Project Management

At Outback Rigging we have a great project management team who are responsible for creating and delivering rigging solutions for our clients – from concept to completion, across the corporate event, venue management and broader “entertainment” industry. 

The project role is varied and rewarding as it requires an unusual mix of creative, technical and commercial skills. The role includes building relationships with clients, interpreting CAD drawings and visual concepts, site surveys and attending production meetings etc. From this, a technical solution is developed and quoted. Once confirmed – the project is then implemented including scheduling labour, booking equipment, organising logistics and providing drawings and H&S documentation
