Name: Stuart Cooper

Job Title: Operations Director.

Stuart has been with Outback since its formation and with over 20 years experience knows the job from the bottom up.

Stuart is a LEEA Diploma holder for Powered Lifting Machines as well as being qualified in 3D CAD and holds The British Safety Council L2 Certificates in Supervising Staff and Risk Assessment. Stuart’s focus is ensuring that a consistent level of service is delivered to all of Outback’s customers all of the time. Other responsibilities include running Outback’s apprenticeship scheme.

Stuart is an accomplished amateur chef who has a burning obsession with growing and consuming hot chillies.
